1.Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "tphtaya," "we," "us," "our" refers to the tphtaya platform and its operating entity, accessible at tphtaya.org.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a tphtaya account.
• "Platform" refers to the tphtaya website, mobile interface, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, bingo, and slots.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the tphtaya platform.
• "Funds" refers to any PHP balance held in a player's tphtaya account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits.

2.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tphtaya platform, creating an account, or using any tphtaya service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with tphtaya's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the tphtaya platform and close your account if one has been created.

3.Eligibility

To register and maintain a tphtaya account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

tphtaya reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4.Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) tphtaya account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering a tphtaya account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update any details that change.
• Keep your tphtaya login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify tphtaya immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your tphtaya account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify tphtaya of any unauthorized access.

tphtaya reserves the right to refuse account registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where eligibility requirements are not met or where tphtaya reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

tphtaya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the tphtaya cashier at the time of transaction.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• tphtaya reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• tphtaya does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which tphtaya accepts no responsibility.
• Any funds deposited in error must be reported to tphtaya support immediately. tphtaya will make reasonable efforts to reverse erroneous transactions but cannot guarantee recovery in all cases.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

tphtaya may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• tphtaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or abuse of multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• tphtaya's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

7.Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the tphtaya platform — including bingo, slots, live casino, Fortune Ox, Plants vs Dino, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• tphtaya uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. Results are final once the round is closed and confirmed by the dealer or system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, tphtaya reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tphtaya platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one tphtaya account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the tphtaya platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the tphtaya platform for financial gain.
• Using the tphtaya platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing tphtaya from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your tphtaya account on your behalf.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tphtaya platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any tphtaya content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any tphtaya software or technology.
• Use the tphtaya brand name or logo in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tphtaya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the tphtaya platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access where tphtaya has not been negligent in its security obligations.
• Interruption or unavailability of the tphtaya platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond tphtaya's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the tphtaya platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional materials.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit tphtaya's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12.Account Suspension & Closure

tphtaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements or provide requested verification documents.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Direction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13.Privacy
